RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We hope you love your Linez Apparel product. We aim to facilitate all our clients if they wish to exchange their purchased articles, we accept returns and exchange. Any article purchased can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase Only if:
- The item is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
- The item does not match the original specifications of the product or is found to be not the same as you had actually purchased.
- All returned or exchanged items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, with all tags attached.
- No exchange options are available for products sold at discounted prices, or on sales & promotions.
- There is NO “Refund” Policy on purchased items.
- Returning items will be returned at customer’s cost.
